The sales process will take place in three steps
Reservation ensures the right of first refusal

Upon reservation, a booking fee of €5000 is required, which will later be deducted from the final price

A 10% down payment is made upon signing the notarized contract of obligation
3
The final notarized contract of ownership is signed
